Hilton Garden Inn Chicago O'Hare Airport

Staff were very polite and professional. Even during the peak time, a staff member helped grab a blanket from the back room for us. The room was clean and had no smell or dirt. There was a microwave and fridge in the room so it was convenient for our leftover meals the next morning. Parking is 22/night. There is a $100 dollar safety deposit and the parking will be taken out of it and the rest will be refunded after checkout. Hallways were clean. The room had good noise cancellation. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The shower tub was very clean and the shower head had good water pressure and was clean with no calcium buildup. Pillows and blankets were well "fluffed". I will come back to the Hilton next time.

Marisol at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. She let us know about everything we could expect or even might need during our stay. She told me exactly what time I needed to catch the shuttle to O’Hare, and as a person who often makes it to their flight right on time, I got to the airport with enough time to have breakfast and even buy a souvenir before boarding! The room was nice and clean, and the shower was perfect (with three shower head settings) for the long day we’d had. It’s close to the airport, so I would suggest staying there if that in particular is what you need.

The staff were excellent. I had a change in my travel plans and called a couple of days in advance to change my length of stay. Staff was able to accommodate quickly. I checked in late due to an event I attended. The lobby was busy but staff was very attentive and kind. Best I've had.

Christina at the front desk consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service. Despite her busy schedule, she remains polite and approachable, always greeting guests with a warm smile. During my stay, I had the opportunity to interact with her both over the phone and in person, and each time she was not only professional but also kind. Her efforts significantly contributed to making our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable and convenient for the airport. Staff were accommodating and kind. Food was available to purchase at small shop.
